Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Your session is officially reserved once the appointment is booked and payment is received. Mini session fees are non-refundable but can be transferable to another person. Late Arrivals Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Sessions will start and end at the scheduled time to keep all appointments running smoothly. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened. Rescheduling One reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the session may not be accommodated. Weather If the session needs to be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions, I will contact you and provide an alternative date/time. Weather-related rescheduling will not result in an additional fee. Cancellation & No-Show Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible. Children & Pets Children and pets are welcome! Please let me know in advance if you are bringing a pet. Session Timing Fall Mini Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so please arrive on time and ready to begin. Additional shooting time cannot be guaranteed. Gallery & Images Your edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within the timeframe communicated at booking. The final number of images and delivery format will be as stated in your selected package. Model Release By booking the session, you acknowledge that images may be used by Yfeiphoto for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By booking your Fall Mini Session, you acknowledge and agree to the policies above. 🤎
